Blast Acknowledgments can be used to request that Subscribers acknowledge that they have received, opened, and read the information in the Blast that you have sent them. With your ability to review these in Insights, Acknowledgements can be a valuable tool to ensure your Organization is see critical information.

Add an Acknowledgement

To use a Blast Acknowledgement, from the Blast Editor, add a Button Element to your Blast. Then, complete the following actions:

  1. Enter the text that appears on the button.

  2. Select Link To drop-down list > click Acknowledgment to make the Button Element an acknowledgment.

  3. Add Confirmation Text that will be displayed when the Subscriber acknowledges the Blast.

After adding your button, if you need to adjust colors, alignment, or other settings, click the Layout tab. We encourage you to explore these features and play around with it's functionality!

To learn about some of the features inside the Layout tab, please review: Layout Options of Blast Elements.

Subscriber Confirmation

When Subscribers receive this Blast and click on the acknowledgement button, they will be sent to a separate page where they can click an Acknowledge Update button. Once they click, the Confirmation Text you entered will be displayed on the confirmation page (shown below).
