You will only see this option if your Instance is using the Cerkl Broadcast Mobile App.

Include Archived Content

Archived content is still Published but the Circulation End Date is passed. This is no longer sent to Subscribers in News Digests or other channels, but is still listed and discoverable in your Archive. Check this box (default) if you want to see your Instance's Archived content.

Include Expired Content

Checking this box will include Content that has expired and is not sent to Subscribers or listed in your Archive.

Once you choose your filtering options, click Apply Filters to see your Content Hub filter by the options you selected.

💡 Tip: You can expand the amount of results which are provided by selecting a from the Rows Per Page drop down at the bottom of the Content hub pages.

Search

In the search bar on Content's Approved, Queue, and Drafts pages, you can search using: Title, Category, URL used, or Source name. This Search bar is not currently able to be used in combination with Content Filters.

Once you have your search typed into the bar, press enter on your keyboard OR click the search icon, and your Content hub results will narrow down to all possible results.

Sort

You can sort Content by using the Sort by drop-down list at the top of the Approved, Queued, and Drafts page. Sort can be used in combination with Filters or Searches.

When you click this drop-down, you will see the following sorting options depending on the page you are viewing. The Drafts page is limited to Post and Source because drafted Content does not have a publish and expiration date.

Post
