Checking your Insights right after you send a Blast or after a popular News Digest delivery date/time is a natural reaction that all of us have!

However, it is important to know that Insights will not be available until at least 15 minutes after your Blast or News Digest is sent out. If your Blast includes personalization fields, please allow for extra time for processing.

Subsequently, Insights update every 15 minutes. If your Insights are looking a little strange, we encourage you to keep in mind the time it takes for your Subscribers to engage, and for the Insights data to update. It may help to sometimes wait 12 or even 24 hours for a more accurate picture of your Insights.
