What is the Fallback Subject Line?
Your Fallback Subject Line is automatically used if Cerkl's system doesn't yet know enough about a Subscriber or your Content Priorities when attempting to generate a News Digest Subject Line. Unlike personalized Subject Lines, Fallback Subject lines are the same for anyone who receives one.
To set your Fallback Subject Line, go to Settings > Sending Options > News Digest > Miscellaneous Sending Controls > Fallback Subject Line.
After you've entered your preferred Subject Line, and click Save (located in the upper right-hand corner of your screen).
If you asked Cerkl to designate a Subject Line Opener on the back end, it will be included before your Fallback Subject Line.
