With Invites, it is now incredibly easy for internal communications teams to send out an event Invite that automatically loads and displays calendar data for your Audience.
Calendar Invites work with most integrated email and calendaring systems automatically, allowing for Invite information to be auto-populated in calendars or direct links to add to calendar within an email, as well as providing an opportunity for your audience to accept or deny the invitation.
Invites utilize modern email and calendaring standards to communicate invite details, and sending works similarly to Blasts. To get started with Invites, go to Blasts > Invites.
From the Invites page you can review, manage, and create Invites. For information about creating an Invite, please review: Creating Calendar Invites.
Invites Table
The Invites table allows you to review Upcoming Invites, Drafts, Past Invites, and Canceled Invites. By default, the Invites table includes:
Invite Details
Event Date, Title, Last Sent Date and Time
Invite Start
Event Start Date and Time
Invite End
Event End Date and Time
Organizer
The Name and Email address sent as the Organizer
Creator
The Team Member who first created the Invite
Using the Edit Table button, you can add and remove columns. An additional Data Column available to add is: Last Sent (Date and Time).
Search supports searching by Invite Title.
Filter options include searching by Organizer details and Creator.
Click Export to download a .CSV file of your Invites in the currently open table.
Manage Invites
Upcoming
From the Upcoming table, you can perform updates to Invites, including: Edit Invite, Manage Audience, and Cancel Invite. For information about making changes to Invites, please review: Updating Calendar Invites.
Drafts
From the Drafts table, you can Edit and Delete Invites.
When deleting Invite drafts, a prompt to confirm will appear before completing the deletion.
Past
Review sent Invites that are beyond their End Date.
Canceled
Review sent Invites that have been Canceled.
