After an Invite has been created and sent, you may need to update it to include new audience members, remove people from the Invite, or cancel the Invite itself.
Edit Invite Details
All Invite details can be adjusted after the initial send, excluding Organizer Name and Email.
To update an Invite's details, go to Upcoming table under Blasts > Invites, then click the ⋮ Ellipsis menu button next to the Invite title. Select Edit Invite from the ellipsis menu.
From the editor, select from the section you wish to update to make changes. From the editor, you can access all sections, including Audience.
When you've updated your Invite details as needed, click Send Update (top right corner). This will send a new email with the updated details, automatically updating the Invite details in your invitee's calendars.
Update an Invite's Audience
To update an Invite's audience, go to the Upcoming table under Blasts > Invites. Click the ⋮ Ellipsis menu button next to the Invite title, then select Manage Audience.
Add New Invitees
To add new invitees, click the + symbol to open the Audience Builder. Once open, you can select new Segments and Individuals to add.
To update the audience with new additions to an already added Segment, click Sync New. This will not remove audience members who have been removed the Segment.
When you're ready to publish the changes to your audience, click Send Update to send the new Invites to added invitees.
Please note: If other details were updated to your invite as well, Send Update will send to all Audience members.
Remove Invitees
You can remove invitees from the Invitees tab in the Audience section of your Invite. Search for the person you're looking to remove, then move your cursor over the name of the invitee to see the Mark for Removal button.
Click Mark for Removal to move the person to the Removed list.
Click Keep to update the audience with the Removed updates. A
Click Send Update to send the removal update. After the removal update is sent, the Audience member cannot be re-added to the Invite.
Please note: If other details were updated to your Invite as well, Send Update will send to all Audience members.
Cancel an Invite
To send a cancelation for an Invite, go to the Upcoming table under Blasts > Invites. Click the ⋮ Ellipsis menu button next to the Invite name, then select Cancel Invite.
Before the Invite will be canceled, a confirmation prompt will display. Type in "CANCEL", then click Yes, Continue.
Once canceled, and email notification will be sent to the Invite's audience, and the Invite will be removed from their calendar. You can review canceled Invites from the Canceled table under Blasts > Invites.
