Searching, Filtering, and Editing images are just some of the features available after adding images to your Image Gallery.

For more information, please review Image Gallery Overview.

Upload to Image Gallery

The Image Gallery is available across all of Broadcast. To open the Image Gallery, Click the Image Gallery icon in the top right corner. From the Image Gallery window, select the Upload Image button to select a file from your local computer to upload.

After your upload completes, the image will be immediately added to the Image Gallery table. If you story by Date Upload (Down arrow) your image will be at the top.

Click the image review details, make edits like changes to the Image Name or even crop the image. For all the option available in Image Gallery, Image Gallery Overview.

Add From Blasts

You can add a new image to the Image Gallery after you've uploaded the image to the Blast Image Element. This also means that images that have already been added to other Blast Drafts or even Templates can be added to the gallery with the steps below.

After uploading or importing an image to a Blast Element, to add an image to the Image Gallery, simply click the Add To Gallery button. The image, Image Name, and Alt-text will then be saved for future use.

Inside Blasts with Images that have already been uploaded, if the image is not yet in your Image Gallery an Add To Gallery button will be available when reviewing the element details. If the image is already in your Image Gallery, you will see a View In Gallery button instead.

Before you click to Add To Gallery, we recommend that you review and update the Image Name and Alt-Text. By default, whatever is set as the Image Name and Alt-Text in the Blast element will be saved to the gallery.

Don't sweat it though, even after the initial save the name and alt-text can be edited from the Image Gallery's Image Details window, and it can be changed per use when being added to Content or Blasts in the future. Changing the Image name and Alt-text when it's added as a Blast Image from the Image Gallery will not overwrite the fields in the Image Gallery.

Add From Content Story Images

You can also add a new image to the Image Gallery after you've uploaded the image as a Content Story Image. This also means that images that have already been added to other pieces of Content, even expired Stories, can be added to the gallery anytime with the steps below.
