Average Daily Active Users (DAUs)

The average number of Audience Members that uses a specific Channel (News Digest, Intranet, Mobile, or Teams) each day.

Channel Engagement Over Time

The daily engagement scores on a Channel (News Digest, Intranet, Mobile, or Teams) across the reporting period (Overall metrics are also shown on this graph).

Content Click Rate

The rate your Subscribers are clicking on the Content that is presented to them on their screen in any Channel (News Digest, Intranet, Mobile, or Teams).

Content Click Rate = (Total Clicks / Total Impressions) * 100.

EX: If 10 pieces of Content appear on my screen (impressions) and I click on 3 of them (clicks), my Content click rate is 30%.

Total Clicks

Total number of clicks on a piece of Content across all Channels (News Digest, Intranet, Mobile, or Teams) during the reporting period.

EX: If i clicked on Content 3 times in my News Digest and 2 times on the Mobile App, the total number of clicks would be 5.

Total Impressions

Total number of opportunities your Subscribers had to view your Content across the reporting period in all Channels (News Digest, Intranet, Mobile, or Teams).

Note: An impression does NOT mean that the Subscriber engaged with the Content. It just means that the Content appeared on their screen.

EX: Subscriber “A” is shown 7 pieces of Content inside their News Digest (logging 7 impressions), and Subscriber “B” is shown 9 pieces of Content on the Mobile App (logging 9 impressions). These Subscribers would log 16 impressions.

Usage Volume: Total Sessions

The total number of times a Subscriber opens a Channel (News Digest, Intranet, Mobile, or Teams).

Note: Sessions are kept alive by Subscribers continuing to interact with Content. If they do not continue interacting with Content, the Session will expire, and a new Session will start next time they open the Channel.

EX: If Subscriber “A” logs into Teams 2 times in one day and Subscriber “B” logs on 3 times in one day, there will be 5 sessions recorded for that day.

Usage Volume: Unique Users

Counts ONLY the first time a Subscriber uses a Channel (News Digest, Intranet, Mobile, or Teams).

Unique Users % = (Total # of Unique Users in a Channel / Total # of Subscribers) * 100

EX: If 50 separate users logged into the Mobile App yesterday (unique users) and there are 200 Subscribers in this Broadcast Instance, 25% of your Subscribers logged in using the Mobile App yesterday.
