When creating a Blast you have the option to change and set Email Settings. To access these settings go to the Blast you are working on > click the three horizontal dots next to exit > Email Settings. Your settings offer you the ability to change the defaults for this Blast only. The settings you change for this Blast will not apply to any others.

The settings you can change are:

You have the option to set the default font the Text Element will use in this Blast. The fonts available in the dropdown are fonts that we know all Subscribers different email clients will render correctly. Pro Cerklers Tip: You can set your default font family for your organization in Blast > Controls.

This will make the Blast only accessible to the creator of the Blast and the Administrators of the Cerkl in both Blasts and Insights. This is an important tool for when you are working on a Blast that you don’t want all members of your Cerkl to have access to. Please Note: This option is only available for Internal Communication Cerkls only, therefore all External Communication Cerkls do not have access to this.

Here you have the option to display your Cerkls profile image and social links in the footer of the Blast. You can toggle either of these on or off at all times.

These are default First Names, Full Names, and Email Addresses that are used when a Subscriber does not have valid information to be used in a Personalization Field. EX:

First Name

Last Name

Email Address

Hunter

(none)

Hunter@cerkl.com

I am sending a Blast and using the subject line: We have some important news for you *|FULLNAME|*. Every subscriber with a first and last name in their account information will have their full name in the subject line of the Blast they receive. But those who do have their full name in their Cerkl account will have a blank space where *|FULLNAME|* would be in their subject line. It is important to set your fallback personalization fields so you can avoid this. To learn how to use personalization fields inside of your Blast check out this article here.
