The Queue page is the holding area for your content. None of the content in the Queue is eligible to be sent, it's just waiting for approval to be moved into the Approved state. Content in the Queue can come from Team Members creating content, or from Content Sources.

General Page Actions

Sort By: Allows you to choose what criteria the order of the content is appearing on the page, the arrow button changes the sort direction

Bulk Actions (must use check boxes to select content): Allows you to bulk Delete or Approve content pieces

Expanded View: Allows you to view an expanded "Editor" view of the list, allowing you to edit categories directly from the Queue rather than needing to directly edit the content

Filter: Allows you to filter which content pieces are shown in the list

Content Specific Actions

Edit Content: Takes you into the Content Editor, allowing you to make changes

Preview Content: Allows you to preview how the story will look in the Digest and the standalone page if the story is created inside the Content Hub

Copy Content: Starts a new piece of content filling in the information based off the beginning content

Approve Content: Marks the content as Approved, moving it to the Approved page and allowing it to be eligible to be received in audience members Digest's

Delete Content: Completely removes the piece of content from your Cerkl
