Here's a brief summary of the analytical way we're measuring your data:

Opens vs. unique opens

Opens calculates the total number of times that your subscribers have opened an email containing your article or campaign while unique opens is the raw number of subscribers who have opened your email (either 0 or 1 for each individual subscriber).

Clicks vs. unique clicks

Clicks calculates the total number of times that your subscribers have clicked inside an email while unique clicks is the raw number of subscribers who have clicked inside the email (either 0 or 1 for each individual subscriber).
