Oops! One of your subscribers missed the "welcome" email, and now they want to personalize. Help!
Have no fear - there are several ways subscribers can personalize after the welcome email is sent. We outlined three easy ways to personalize below.
1) Access any of your newsletters and scroll to the bottom of the email to find a link to personalize - this link appears in every single newsletter.
2) For those subscribers that have not personalized, a prompting block will appear in their newsletter prompting them to personalize with a short list of your organization's topics.
3) If a subscriber is in your Cerkl reading one of your organization's posts, they can personalize by going to My Profile > Newsletter Preferences > Settings.
The subscriber can click the settings gear and select their preferences including topics, frequency, and format.
4) And of course, you can always resend the welcome email that gives your subscribers the opportunity to personalize all over again. You can resend the welcome email to all of your subscribers who haven't personalized yet or you can send it to a specific subscriber.
