So, you just got an email from us letting you know that one of your content sources is working. The first step is not to panic. We can figure this out!

Remember you can check out your sources by going to Settings>General>Content Sources. There you can see the troublemaking feeds and try to enter in new URLs. 

Cerkl works with RSS and ATOM feeds to pull in a site's content, so make sure the site that you are trying to pull in is a live feed rather than a static webpage. 

If you have recently change service providers or switched up your webpage, you may just need to copy the new URL and paste it into your content sources clicking the blue "add" button on the left of your screen. 

Your website may have also changed and taken away the RSS feed. You might want to check in with your tech team to see if there are any technical changes that may be effecting your content source.
