To access a subscriber's full profile, go to Audience > Subscribers > the human icon next to the subscriber's name.

Their Passions/Interests are their explicit interests, these are what they have TOLD Cerkl they like by personalizing their account (through the personalization links or through their Welcome Email.)

Clicking on the subscriber's name will expand their subscriber details, which will list their explicit and implicit interests as they pertain to your organization. Implicit interests are determined by what they subscriber actually clicks on:

You can see their delivery settings, date subscribed, date of last delivery, date personalized, their segments, and their top five interests:

This profile snapshot is very helpful in troubleshooting any subscriber delivery issues!
