Big Releases

Campaigns for Content

Campaigns have been expanded to allow your team to add Content as well as Blasts.

  • Create new Campaigns or add Content to your current Campaigns from the Content Hub table. Click the Campaigns icon under the Story image to begin adding up to 4 Campaigns to each Story.

  • Campaigns Manager tab has been added to Content Hub left panel. Campaigns which include Content will present a Posts tag in Campaigns Manager.

  • When reviewing Content Insights, Campaigns are now available as a filter.

Paycor Integration

New Integration for Organizations utilizing Paycor for people management allows you to easily sync your Audience and start communicating. Get started from Settings > Integrations.

Minor Improvements

Blast Tables

The Blast Tables for Schedule, Sent, and Drafts have been rebuilt from the ground up!

  • Blast Thumbnail previews presented in the Blast Sent and Scheduled tables. Imported HTML and older Blasts are not supported.

  • New Edit Table button, allowing for Team Members to add or remove columns as needed.

  • Table Filters have been added, allowing Team Members to easily filter Blasts by Creator, Campaign, Sender Profile, Send Dates, and more.

  • Improved Search Results: Search using Blast Name, Subject Line, or Creator will present results in Scheduled, Sent, and Drafts filters. Apply additional Filters to narrow your results.

Miscellaneous

  • Improved Forgot Password process.

  • Updated UI for Name Input when creating new Segments.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue for Organizations using Audience Import Utility where Termination Date records were not being stored for continued reference.

  • Fixed an issue with the permissions for Team Members who previously were set to have manage audience permissions still having access to create and edit Segments.
