The Welcome Email is how your Subscribers are first introduced to your Organization News Digests. From it, they will be able to see all the ways they can can personalize their experience by going through the personalization process.

When your Cerkl Instance first goes Live with Broadcast, if the Welcome Email is toggled on in Audience > Controls, and if Subscribers are opted-in for News Digests, they will automatically receive the Welcome Email.

Any new Subscribers that are added to your Audience with the appropriate Opt-in settings will also receive the Welcome Email the moment they are added.

The Welcome Email format is always the same, however, the text and images can be customized to your liking during pre-launch with your Implementation Project Manager. After Launch, these can be updated by reaching out to your Customer Success Manager or Customer Support.
