Major Enhancements

Support for Email-less Subscribers

Organizations that use the Broadcast Mobile app can configure their integration to include email-less subscribers in their audience to enable mobile access for those users. This option is available to enable when creating new file mapping in the Audience Import Utility.

Mobile Settings Updates

  • Authentication section added. Includes the following options:

    • Toggle to enable/disable Email-less login for subscribers for your organization audience.
      ​

    • Add Workspace Name.
      ​

    • Add Up to 3 Security Questions.

Minor Enhancements

Segments

  • Updated Segments to modern table experience. This allows team members to configure columns to their needs. Default columns include: Segment Name, Audience, Creator, and Last Edited Date and User.
    ​

  • Select Edit Table to add additional columns including: Date Created, Bounces (count), Audience Updated (date/time).
    ​

  • Added Export button to export your list of Segments.

Audience Management Controls

Audience Management settings are available from Audience > Controls. This setting can be used to enable Manual & Integration control of your audience, or Integration Exclusive. Integration Exclusive will restrict removal or addition of audience members to your integration only.

Mobile App Updates

Personalize in the Mobile App

Subscribers can now configure their personalization preferences from within the Broadcast Mobile app menu.

Log in Experience

Mobile Log in experience has been updated to include an option for users to sign in without an email address using the Login with Workspace Name button. Requires Email-less Authentication enabled.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where Push Notifications were not available for content distribution settings.

  • Fixed an issue with incorrect selection options were provided when uploading images to Image Gallery after initiating your first upload.
