Big Release
Blast Retargeting
A new option has been added for Sent Blasts which allows your team to re-send a Blast to subscribers who did not open or click on the email they received in the first send.
A new Retarget Blast option is available from the Blasts > Sent list for eligible Blasts. Select the Ellipse menu option for the Blast you wish to send again to see available options.
Retargeted Blasts automatically carry over: the original messaging, audience, sender profile, permissions, attachments, and campaigns in the re-send.
Blast Name, subject line, new send schedule date and time, and projected audience selector are available to configure when retargeting.
Indicators have been added for Retargeted Blasts, and the resulting Blast Retargets to the Sent list, and Insights > Blasts.
Ineligible Blasts:
Blast Retargeting is not supported for Blasts created before 9/30/2023.
Previously Retargeted Blasts. Blasts will have the option to be Retargeted one time.
Resulting Blast Retargets are not eligible for additional retargeting.
Retargeting is not available 6 Months after a Blast's send date. Retarget restricted is also limited to this time limit.
Minor Improvement
Toggle On or Off Target by Interest
Organization's with Categories in use can now disable the Target by Interest option from the Blast Audience Builder. With this disabled, Blast creators will avoid inaccurate inclusion or exclusion of Subscribers in a Blast based on category interests.
To toggle this feature on or off, go to Blasts > Controls, or Settings > Blast Controls.
Bug Fixes
Fixed an issue where removing Manual Segments from individual user's Edit User window was failing when selecting from the left side of the list.
