Depending on your organization's software and security configurations, you may find Microsoft Outlook sometimes may prevent images from downloading automatically.
When emails are sent from Broadcast, they're coming from the most trusted source - yourself. Outlook may have settings that need to be configured for your email client to let it know that what you're receiving is guaranteed safe. There are some steps your subscribers and organization can take to improve the image downloading experience and enable automatic downloads.
Individual - Outlook Settings
Individual Team Members can adjust personal outlook settings. For users who are using Outlook which is controlled by a Group Policy, individual settings will not apply.

Multiple People - Group Policy
Microsoft's Group Policy Object (GPO) is a set of policy settings that controls how your Microsoft systems functions for specific groups of users. Your IT team may configuration your GPO to enable or disable certain behavior of a Microsoft application (like Outlook).
With Group Policies you can specify which domains should be on your company’s Safe Senders List for all users, without the need for individuals configuring their own settings. Adding Cerkl Broadcast to your Safe Senders List will mark us as trusted and will allow images to automatically display.
