Campaigns are used to group your Blasts for review in Insights and when filtering Blasts. For more information about Campaigns, please review: Campaigns Overview.

To add Blasts to a Campaign, go to Blasts > Recent, Scheduled, Sent, or Drafts, where you can update the Campaigns assigned to each Blast by clicking the ⋮ Ellipsis menu button, then select Manage Campaigns.

Anyone with with permissions to Create Blasts and Send Blasts can create, add, or remove Campaigns linked to Blasts. For Team Members with only Manage Blast Controls, the option to create or remove Campaigns is available.

Use the search bar to type the name of the Campaign that you want to search for or create, then select the available options from the drop down menu.

Add

Adds a Campaign which is already made, but not yet linked to the Blast.

Create

If a Campaign matching the name does not yet exist, click the green option to create a Campaign. This will then add the Campaign to the Blast's Campaign list and link the Blast to it.

Remove

Will remove the Blast from the Campaign. Removing a Blast from a Campaign will not delete the Campaign from the Organization, and you can always re-add it later.

Changes will be autosaved and a notification will appear to let you know that the action is complete.

To see a list of current Organization Campaigns, from the Blast's Manage Campaigns window, click “You can manage all your Campaigns here” to open Blasts > Campaigns in a new tab, or click the Campaigns tab on the left panel.

Please Note: There is a limit of 4 Campaigns per Blast. Once the 4 slots are filled, you can remove a Campaign from the Blast's Campaign list if you want to add a different one.
