You may have the need to re-send a Blast to subscribers who have not yet opened or engaged. In most cases, you'll be able to use the Blast Retargeting feature to send the new Blast. For information about this feature, please review: Blast Retargeting.

In some circumstances, the Blast Retargeting feature may not be available. This may be because you've already retargeted the Blast or the Blast Settings make it ineligible for use with the feature. However, you can still re-send the Blast manually by exporting the Insights data, creating a new Manual Segment, and duplicating the Blast.

In order to do this, you'll need to generate a list of subscribers for use in creating a Manual Segment. Proficiency with data processing applications like Microsoft Excel is recommended.

Step 1: From Blasts > Sent, click the name of the Blast you'd like to review insights for, OR Go to Insights > Blasts and search for the Blast and click the name to review.

Step 2: Export the Audience List. For in-depth steps, please review How to Export Your Insights to a CSV

Step 3: Open your .CSV File in your data processing program and filter out any users with an opens or clicks recorded, depending on your needs.

Step 4: Save a new list of the remaining users as a new .CSV (UTF-8) File. Only the Email header and column is required.

Step 5: Upload the new .CSV File as a new Segment. For more information, please review Creating A Manual Segment.

Step 6: From Blasts > Sent, click the ⋮ Ellipsis menu next to the Blast name. Select Duplicate Blast.

Step 7: Update the Blast Audience tab to use only the new Segment you just created.

Step 8: Send or Schedule your Blast send.
