Customizing your Welcome Email is an easy way to create a great first impression of your News Digest. We’ve highlighted each customizable piece below. Once you have an idea of what you would like to modify, contact your Implementation Project Manager to make the adjustments.

You can have up to 3 sections included in the Welcome Email for users to see more information about personalization: Interests, Schedule, and Authors. Each of these can be enabled or disabled on request.

The icons for each section are square dimensions. These icons can be customized to your own images. Whether your images are larger or smaller, they will be cropped and resized to send as a 417 x 417 pixel image. File Size Limit: 200kb
