Customizing your Welcome Email is an easy way to create a great first impression of your News Digest. We’ve highlighted each customizable piece in the image example below.
When you have an idea of what you would like to modify, contact your Implementation Project Manager, Customer Success Manager, or reach out to the Customer Support's Live Chat to make the adjustments.
Layout Options
You can have up to 3 sections included in the Welcome Email for users to see more information about personalization: Interests, Schedule, and Authors. Each of these can be enabled or disabled on request.
Image and Text Customization
The icons for each section are square dimensions. These icons can be customized to use custom organization images. Whether your images are larger or smaller, they will be cropped and resized to send as a 417 x 417 pixel image. File Size Limit: 200kb.
Text within the Welcome Email is customizable, including the Section Headers and Description text. These parts of the email all have character limits, but support spaces, symbols, and emoji - html is supported.

Intro Header: 100 Characters
Intro Text: 500 Characters
Headers: 100 Characters
Section Description: 500 Characters
Button Text: 100 Characters
Custom "Do Not Forward" Footer Message: 200 Characters
