When first launching and entering your email address into the Cerkl Broadcast Mobile app on iOS 11+ you may find that when your email address includes an apostrophe, your email address isn't recognized.
This is because by default iOS uses a specific apostrophe character type that's different than the version used for Cerkl user data.
Don't worry 🙂 There is a simple way to select the correct apostrophe: Simply press and hold the apostrophe symbol for a couple seconds, and a selection window will appear. Select the straight vertical version that is highlighted blue in the screenshot.
