Setting a Default Organization

Team Members and Subscribers who are part of multiple Parent and Child Instances have the option to set a default Organization when accessing Broadcast. Selecting a default Organization will ensure you are automatically logged in to your preferred Instance.

To set a default Organization, first login to Broadcast. You will be automatically logged in to your last active Instance. You can update your default Organization on your Profile page by clicking on the three dots by your name in the bottom left corner of your screen and selecting Profile.

In Profile > Your Teams, select a default Organization by clicking on the ♡ in the upper right corner of your preferred Team. You will receive confirmation of your selection, and will be directed to your default Organization on your next login.

Please note: You can change defaults from this page anytime. However, after setting an organization as your default, you aren't able to not have a default selected.

In the Switch Cerkls menu > All Cerkls, users who are a part of more than 3 Instances will see the default Organization tagged with a ♡ icon in the menu on the left of the screen.
