Title: New Enhancements to Email Coming

As you know, we are on a continuing journey to improve the way we communicate with employees. The goal is to provide employees with relevant content when, where and how they want it. It also means delivering mission-critical communications for maximum engagement and understanding.

Towards this end, we will be rolling out an enhancement to our email communications. In addition to a new look and improved branding, we will be able to better track trends in who and how employees are consuming routine and “must-know” messages. Improving open rates is a continuing imperative and these new capabilities will enable more rigor in establishing strategies and measures to meet this objective.

These new features and benefits are one part of a multi-pronged initiative to modernize our employee communications efforts.
