As you know, we’re improving the way our employees experience company news. Research shows that clutter in company communications is a major pain point for employees.
Channeling Netflix, we’re now rolling out the kind of Omnichannel experience employees have come to expect in their personal lives. Teams is the place many employees spend much of their work time. Now, if they prefer to receive Content there instead of email, they can do so.
As always, the more Content that they consume, the more the system will learn about their preferences and the types of Stories that they are viewing. Based on this data, we’ll also gain actionable Insights that will allow us to continuously improve our Content and user experience. And don’t worry, critical, time-sensitive company updates will always appear at the top of their feed across all the channels they consume.
