When adding a link to a Blast or when sharing links, do NOT copy links from Cerkl Broadcast emails. Instead, click on the link inside the email and then copy the URL which resolves in the Address Bar from the site itself.

The best practice for Blast links is to use the URL from the site itself and not from an email because links pulled from an email are encoded. When encoded links are added to a Blast and sent to Subscribers, the link is re-written which can cause the link to break in the Subscriber's email, provide inaccurate insights, or even pass sign in as another user.

Why am I seeing 'Resolve Your Links'?

This message appears for everyone when pasting from another application as a reminder.

If you're pasting text content which includes links from another app, please review and resolve any links which utilize encoded URLs similar to those in the Incorrect Link examples below.

To resolve, copy and paste the URL into your web browser, then press enter. You should then replace the link URL in your source with the website address which loads with the website.

Link URL Examples

Correct Link - From the Site Itself:

When you copy a link from a website (link example below), once this link is added to a Blast and sent, it will work when Subscribers access it in their inbox.

Example Correct Links:

https://cerkl.com/

https://www.nytimes.com/section/world

Incorrect Link - From an Email:

When you copy a link from an email without going to the site itself (link example below), the link is already encoded and contains personal insight data:

Example Incorrect Links:
