Using the Content Public Links allows Team Members to share Content with ease. You can share these links directly with those you want to view a piece of Content, and the link will take them directly to the Story Page.
Public Links are available for Content created in a Private Instance, or Restricted Content in a Public Instance. Stories in Public Instances can be shared from the URL available in your address bar when reading the story.
The Sharable Links Icon will not be shown for Content pulled from a source.

How to Use Public Links
To get a Public Link for a piece of Content, follow the steps below:
Go to Content > Approved.
Find the piece of Content you would like to share.
Click the
Public Link icon located under the Story image.Click the Copy button in the pop-up window. You can then share the link URL to whoever you would like!
Who Can View a Sharable Link?
Anyone with the link, regardless of whether or not your Instance is private or the Content is restricted to any Segments, can view a shareable link. This means that even if SSO enabled, anyone who is sent the link can view this Content without signing in.
