If you do not yet have an Audience Sync Integration and are interested in finding a better way to manage your Broadcast Audience, we offer a File Transfer Integration process. This process will allow you to integrate people data (i.e. HRIS, AD, etc.) with minimal work.
If you are able to generate a .CSV file containing all of the relevant employee information, then you can upload that .CSV each night via SFTP to the Cerkl Broadcast system to be processed, minimizing IT involvement to accomplish this process. Using this process, you will have access to more areas of Cerkl Broadcast, such as Dynamic Segments.
How do I Use This Process?
To use the File Transfer Integration process, these three things are REQUIRED for the connection set-up: User ID, User password, and IP address. These credentials will be provided to you by Cerkl Broadcast’s Customer Success Team. You can then use this information to make the connections on your side.
When you transfer a file, all Team Members with Administrator permissions will receive email notifications once the upload has been processed.
If you want to implement this process into your Broadcast Instance, please contact your Account Manager and they will walk you through everything you need to do.
PLEASE NOTE: Cerkl Broadcast processes these files everyday between 8pm and 4am EST. This means that any files transferred after 4am will not be processed until 8pm that day. Multi-File Organizations which use Audience Mapping can schedule their file run-times in Settings.
