If you are locked out of our API, you can generate new OAuth 2.0 client credentials from your organization’s Cerkl Broadcast page!
When you generate a new OAuth 2.0 client credentials (for Cerkl API v3), we give you ONE chance to copy down these secure values. As a point of security, you won't be able to access them again.
Please Note: In the event you lose your API key or OAuth 2.0 client_secret, you'll have to generate some new credentials to continue using our API.
How to Generate a New OAuth Token
To get your new credentials, go to the Settings (gear icon on the top right) > Integrations & Plugins > Cerkl API v3 and click Generate New OAuth Token.
Pro Cerkler’s Tip: Once you have your new credentials, make sure you keep them in a safe place where you can access them again.
