Integrating With Broadcast
Which Employee Management Systems Can Broadcast Integrate With?
Cerkl Broadcast can integrate with virtually any SOR/HRIS entity. At the most basic level, API integrations are just custom code that connects information from one system to another. As long as you can access your employee/contact data in your code, you should be able to integrate with Broadcast to sync your Audience Member data between both systems, allowing you to only need to manage it in one location.
Using our API, you will be able to attach a variety of different attributes to your Audience Members (i.e. name, email address, job title, job level, location, and more). Our API also allows you to specify custom metadata
key-value pairs that can hold any custom information you can dream up.
