For a full view of a specific Audience Member's Blast metrics, navigate to Insights > Blasts > Audience, then click the name of the Subscriber.
Subscriber Details
This page includes a review of the Subscriber name and Email address. For more details, click the Subscriber Details button to review their full profile.
Filter
Filters on this page apply to activity in Blasts on the Metrics and Performance Tabs.
Date Filter
The Date Filter is based on when subscriber engagement occurred. Most reporting data is available for up to 18 months from the current date.
+Filter
Regardless of the columns enabled on your table, these are the +Filter options you will see:
Sender Profile: Narrow Blast results to only Blasts from select Sender Profile.
Send From: Narrow Blast results to only Blasts from select Send From Email address.
Blast Creator: Narrow Blast results to only Blasts from select Blast Creator.
Blast Key Metrics
Blast Volume: The average number of Blasts delivered to this Subscriber per day.
Unique Opens: Count of Blasts this Subscriber opened at least once.
Unique Clicks: Count of Blasts this Subscriber clicks at least one link in.
Metrics Tab
Data Columns
The Metrics Table first row is a Summary Row, providing either a sum of the columns beneath.
In the table, you will see the following by default.
Data | Details Included |
Blasts | Displays a Thumbnail preview of the Blast, the Blast Name, and the Blast Send date and time. |
Delivered | Number of confirmed delivers. |
Unique Opens | The number of unique opens (Will be 1 or 0). |
Total Opens | The Total number of opens (Including repeat opens). |
Unique Clicks | The number of unique clicks (Will be 1 or 0). |
Total Clicks | The Total number of clicks (Including repeat clicks). |
Search
You can search by Blast Name.
Sort
When enabled on the table, all of the following columns are sortable: Blast Name, Delivered, Unique Opens, Total Opens, Unique Clicks, Total Clicks.
Export
You can export all the columns that you have on your table.

Open Rate vs Average
A breakdown of the Audience Member's open rate compared to your Audience average.

Blast Activity Log
Displays a count of the Subscriber's Delivers, Total Opens, and Total Clicks broken down by day and hour. Note: This heat map is limited to the first 7 days after send. Display is based on your web browser time zone.

Allows you to choose which metric you want to see:
Total Sessions
Total Impressions
Total Clicks
