When you click View from inside the Channels Intranet block, you will see a page with Intranet-specific metrics.
This page will carry over your pre-selected date selection, but other filters from the +Filter menu will not carry over. New filters can be applied from the +Filter menu for narrowing results based on Segments and Audience Status.
Intranet Key Metrics
Total Sessions: The number of unique starts to engagement from Subscribers within this Channel.
Total Impressions: The number of times Content from this Channel appeared in a Subscriber's feed.
Total Clicks: The number of times Subscribers clicked on Content from this Channel.
Performance Tab
Within this tab, you will see the blocks below for your Intranet:
Intranet Breakdown
A breakdown of your Intranet Audience based on any selected filters. The summary breakdown includes:
Avg. Sessions/Active User: The average Sessions per Active User.
Active Users: Number of users with a Session in this Channel.
Avg. Total Clicks/Session: The average Total Clicks per Session.
Content Click Rate: The rate at which Content was clicked when seen.
Avg. Impressions/Session: The average Impressions per Session.
Avg. Impressions/Active User: The average Impressions per Active User.
Intranet Most Active Users
Displays up to 5 of your most active Subscribers in this Channel, based on Sessions.
View All Active Users
Opens a modal that includes a table of Active Users, along with their Session count, date of last Session, and Total Clicks.
Export
You can export this list from within the View All Active Users modal.
Intranet Activity Trends
Displays Sessions, Impressions, and Clicks in this Channel across time.
Metric Selection Drop-down
Allows you to choose which metric you want to see:
Total Sessions
Total Impressions
Total Clicks

Download PNG: Downloads the graph image to your computer, with the block title as the image name.
Intranet Activity Log
Displays Sessions, Impressions, and Clicks for this Channel, broken down by day and hour. Note: Heat map data is only available for the previous 90 days. Display is based on your web browser time zone.
