When you click View from inside the Channels Teams block, you will see a page with Teams-specific metrics.

This page will carry over your pre-selected date selection, but other filters from the +Filter menu will not carry over. New filters can be applied from the +Filter menu for narrowing results based on Segments, Personalized, and Audience Status.

Delivered: The number of News Digests successfully delivered to targeted Subscribers.

Secondary Value: Delivery Rate. This is the percentage of Digests that were successfully delivered to Audience Members' inboxes over all attempted sends.

Open Rate: Percent of delivered News Digests that registered a Unique Open.

Secondary Value: Unique Opens (Total)

Click-Thru Rate: Percent of recipients who clicked within News Digest.

Secondary Value: Unique Clicks (Total)

The white dot on the percentage bar allows you to compare these rates to your organization’s average from the last 18 months.

Within this tab, you will see the blocks below for your Teams.

Displays how Deliveries, Total Opens, and Total Clicks trend over time.

Opens the Content > Metrics page in a new tab.
