With Insights in Broadcast, you can customize the columns displayed in your data metrics tables to focus on the metrics that matter most to you. Below are details on how to update your table columns and a complete overview of the available column options, helping you create a view that best supports your reporting and analysis needs.
Edit Data Columns
Clicking the Edit Table button at the top right of the Insights table will bring up the Edit Table menu. This menu allows you to add and remove different data columns, and reorder them from top to bottom, respectively from left to right on the table.
To Add Data Columns:
Click the + New Column option at the bottom.
Select the new dropdown to scroll to see which options are available, or type to search for the data you're looking for.
Click the Update button to save changes.

To Remove Data Columns:
Click the X icon to the right of the attributes listed under the Data Columns header.
Click the Update button to save changes.
Reset to Default
You can also Reset to the primary 5 defaults by clicking the Reset option to the right of the Data Columns header.
To Adjust the Order of Columns
Click and drag the 6 Dots to the left of the attributes on the Data Columns list.
Click the Update button to save changes.
Pro-Cerkler Tip: The changes you make to customize your table will be saved. If you leave the page or even sign out, when you come back, your settings will be the same as when you left them.
Metrics
Default Data
For the table, you'll see the following fields by default:

PostLocked. Sticky Column | The title of a piece of Content, the Publish Date, Story Image, and the current status.
You will see the following status icons in the ID column:

Audience Reach | The number of unique subscribers who have an opportunity to log an impression through all available channels.
(Audience Reach / Delivered) * 100. |
Total Impressions | The total number of views of content delivered via any Broadcast channel. This is counted whether or not they click on it. |
Total Clicks | The total number of clicks of content delivered via any Broadcast channel. This indicates the percentage of Impressions that result in a click on a piece of Content in your Channels. |
Click Rate | The percentage of Impressions that result in a click on a piece of Content in your Channels. |
Additional Data
Data | Details Included |
Content Type | The type of Content piece. |
Circulation End Date | The date that Content stops circulating within News Digest. |
Expiration Date | The date that Content is removed from the Archive. |
Targeted Categories | Categories/Interest used for targeting Content pieces. |
Targeted Segments | Segments used for restricted or interest targeting within Content distribution settings. |
Source | The title of the source of Content. |
Priority | The posting priority of the Content piece. |
Pinned Until | The date that content will be pinned until, if set. |
Restricted | The selected group of audience members who is shown a piece of Content. |
Author | The author of the Content piece. |
Campaigns | Campaigns assigned to the Content piece. |
Push Alert | Whether or not a mobile push alert was set for the Content piece. |
Advocacy | Displays if Social Advocacy is turned enabled or disabled for a Content piece. |
Audience
Default Data
For the table, you'll see the following fields by default:

Audience MemberLocked. Sticky Column | Name and/or Email address of Audience Member. |
Total Sessions | The total count of times engagement started within a Channel. |
Total Impressions | The total number of times a piece of Content is shown to an Audience Member.
If multiple of the same piece of Content is within a Blast, it will not double the number of impressions for that piece of Content within the Blast. |
Total Clicks | The total number of Tracked clicks across Content, including multiple clicks. |
Click Rate | Percentage of Impressions that result in a click on a piece of Content in your Channels.
Calculated by (Total Clicks / Total Impressions) * 100.
For example, if your audience logged 6,000 Impressions for Content within your Channels, and they clicked 1,350 times on those pieces then the Content Click Rate would be 22.5%. |
Additional Data
Data | Details Included |
Clicks Per Session | The Average number of clicked generated during a single engagement sessions in any Channel.
For example, if an audience member went to the Content Archive 5 times and clicked on a total of 20 times then their Click per Session in the Archive would be 4. |
Personalized | See if an audience member has personalized their experience. |
