Images aren’t just what make your Broadcast emails visually engaging; they’re also how Broadcast measures engagement. Allow-listing the required domains ensures Broadcast can deliver analytics pixels, uploaded images, and platform assets correctly.
Some email clients, especially Outlook, block images from downloading automatically for security reasons. When that happens, your messages may still display text, but you’ll lose visibility into how your audience is interacting with your content.
We recommend allow-listing image domains across your organization using group policies to update Trusted Sites/Zones. For more information, please review: Allow Automatic Image Downloads using Safe Senders.
Your Unique Domains
Every Cerkl Broadcast account is assigned a unique profile, and each profile is either assigned a unique identifier (e.g. u1234567.ct.sendgrid.net), or set up to use a web domain branded to your organization.
To find your unique domain, go to Settings > Configurations, then click Allow-List Image & Measurement Domains to expand the section.
