Single Sign-On enables authentication via an organization’s Identity Provider (IdP), such as Azure AD, Google Workspace, or Okta, as opposed to users or IT admins managing hundreds, if not thousands, of usernames and passwords for each application.

Our SSO capabilities developed through WorkOS meet the OAuth 2.0 specification, providing an abstraction layer between the authentication handshakes of different IDPs.

SSO set up can be completed with your Implementation Project Team during your initial launch, or updated with your Customer Success team. To check if your organization has SSO enabled, go to Settings > Configurations > Sign-On.

For more information about SSO implementation, please review our technical documentation: SSO.

SSO is available as a paid add-on for Foundations plans. If you wish to enable Single Sign-On (SSO), reach out to sales‑service@cerkl.com.

If you have any questions at all, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at support@cerkl.com or use the support Chat toward the bottom right-hand corner of any cerkl.com page.
