Okay - stick with us on this one!

So when a feed is first added, the initial pull has no time limit, but rather an item limit of thirty items. These thirty stories are the most recent articles that the content source has created. 

Then, every hour, it will pull in a maximum of ten new items - unless there aren't enough stories to be pulled of course. Another rule: the stories must also be at least an hour old when they're pulled into Cerkl.
