Stories that need your approval for publication are stored in the Queued tab of your Cerkl's Content Manager. Access the Queue to find all your content from your organization's external sources and RSS feeds. If you've set your external feeds to Moderation, the content from those feeds will be sent directly to your Queue.

To approve or reject these stories, select Content > Queue. Below each story's image, you'll see the following options: edit, view, preview, approve, or delete.

Before approving for publication, be sure that the content is accurate and relevant to your audience. Some off-topic, unrelated stories may sneak through the cracks of your content sources, so our engagement specialists here at Cerkl advise you always to check the content you're approving.

Also, before deleting content, make sure that the content isn't something you want to approve. If you accidentally delete a queued item, you can simply find the article online and paste the URL into the Link feature within your Content Manager, and the article will appear normally as it would have if you approved it in the Queue.
